Welcome to PHD Basketball, an overly passionate AAU program proudly operating under One Small Step Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Neenah, Wisconsin. Our program unites dedicated student-athletes from across the region, from Green Bay in the north to Fond du Lac in the south, Stevens Point in the west, and Manitowoc in the east.
Our Story
2024 marks a significant milestone for us as we embark on our inaugural year of competitive play across the state of Wisconsin. We are exhilarated about the journey ahead as we strive to make our mark in basketball. PHD stands for Passionate, Hungry, and Driven—values at the core of our program and embodied by our athletes every day. We seek out and nurture those who have an unwavering addiction to basketball, channeling their passion and ambition for the game.
